On the admin module, click “manage response groups.” Response groups are used to group multiple possible answers together. When you initially add a response group, you just give it a name and description. Then you should click the pencil icon on the new line in the table to add the actual answer choices. The answer choices you want to use must already exist before you can add them to a response group.

You will see a list of existing answer choices and you can choose which ones to include in the answer group. You must include at least one favorable and one unfavorable answer. A favorable answer has a multiplier value of 1, and an unfavorable answer has a multiplier of zero.
