Errors deleting items, reusing org codes, locations, etc.

For many data field (org codes, locations, question categories, etc) deleting entries from the front end UI removes the entry from view in the UI, but marks the entry for deletion in the data table (vs. outright removing it). This is done so that accidentally deleted data can be restored.

However this may result in errors if you want to reuse that same entry down the road. If you are getting these types of errors you can contact us to permanently remove the original errors to allow you to re-use the codes/ entries.

We are probably going to change this down the road so that when admin users delete entries from the front end / UI they will be permanently deleted.
