When you access the inventory Hosts tab of the Inventory page, you are presented with a list of Inventory Sheetssheets. Superusers see all sheets that exist. Ordinary users only Assessment managers and IT staff see any sheets that are assigned to their OU. Other users see sheets that they have access to, own, or sheets that have a host that they are named as an owner, IT contact or member of an OU that the sheet belongs touser of.

To view information about a sheet, including which hosts are on it, click the name of the sheet.

This opens the page about the sheet. From there, you can add and remove owners, add and remove OUs, and view the hosts on the sheet. You can also add and remove hosts from the sheet, download a CSV of the sheet or upload additional hosts using a CSV file.

Because the sheets have a long list of fields, it’s recommended to first download the template CSV file and then add your hosts to that. Unlike most of the other CSV formats used by Isora GRC, sheet CSV files must have a header. There’s a link to download the CSV template that appears when you click the Upload CSV button.

Clicking on a host line entry in the table causes a window to pop up with all of the information for that host. You Superusers can view and edit the information (as a superuser). An ordinary user . Other users can only edit this information if he or she has they have the appropriate level of authority- either as a sheet owner, assessment manager or IT staff of the owning OU, or owner of the host itself.

If you make changes to a host, make sure to click the “Save” Save button at the bottom of the page.
