This information is for unit survey participants.

Asset Enrichment is an activity with the assessment process for unit assessments. The purpose is to gather information about the assets- especially information about how asset data are classified. If the assessment was set up to include it, then part of the survey for each unit will show a list of known assets for that unit. Participants who are authorized will see them listed and be able to provide requested information about those assets.

This part of a survey used to be called host categorization.

  1. For each asset you want to enrich, select a Classification from the drop-down menu.

  2. If the chosen classification has categories under it, select as many categories as are relevant.

  3. When you mouse to the right-hand side, a checkmark will pop up. Click this to mark the asset as done. That will cause the marked asset to be grayed out.

Once assets are marked done, if you mouse to the right of them, a small X will pop up and you can click this to reopen the asset and make changes.

You will only see assets that you are authorized to enrich. There may be additional assets on the survey that you can’t see.

Note that the individual classifications and categories shown will be unique to your environment. For more information about them, reach out to your Isora GRC administrator.

Completing Asset Enrichment

This information is for Assessment Managers and IT Staff. Once all assets have been marked as done, a button will pop up at the top of the Asset Enrichment area, allowing you to acknowledge that part of the survey.
