When you access the inventory module, you are presented with a list of Inventory Sheets. Administrators see all sheets that exist. Ordinary users only see sheets that they have access to, as an owner or member of an OU that the sheet belongs to.

To view information about a sheet, including which hosts are on it, click the name of the sheet.

This opens the page about the sheet. From there, you can add and remove owners, add and remove OUs, and view the hosts on the sheet. You can also add and remove hosts from the sheet, download a CSV of the sheet or upload additional hosts using a CSV file. Because the sheets have a long list of fields, it’s recommended to first download the template CSV file and then add your hosts to that. Unlike some of the other CSV formats used by Isora GRC, sheet CSV files should have a header.

It’s not obviously clickable, but if you click on any line in the table representing a host, a window will pop up with all of the information for that host. You can view and edit the information (as an administrator). An ordinary user can only edit this information if he or she has the appropriate level of authority.

If you make changes to a host, make sure to click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
