If you attempt to log into Isora GRC, you may see an error indicating “LDAP server is not responding.”

You can see this error even if you’re not using LDAP. It simply means that the password was entered incorrectly. If a user forgot his or her password, a superuser should log in and reset the user’s password.

This error could also occur if no password was set for the user. Please review 3.2 Adding People and Defining Their Roles in Isora GRC
