To simplify the process of choosing questions to create an assessment, you can also use question lists. Click the “manage question lists” link to see a list of existing question lists, then use the + button to create a new one.

When you create a new question list, all of the existing categories come up, along with all of their questions nested underneath. Click the checkboxes to choose which questions to include. Assign the question list a name, the click the “save” button. If you choose a category, all of the questions under that category will be selected, speeding up the process.

When you edit a question list, it basically takes you back to the same window where you create a new one. You can change the name and/or the selection of questions to include.
