What is Delegation?

Delegation is the process of allowing another user the ability to perform some aspect of an assessment. Assessment managers and IT staff can delegate categories of questions, app ownership and host ownership to other users, which then allows those users to answer questions that they otherwise would not have access to, based on their roles.
