How to Create New Question Categories

Only superusers can work with question categories.

To Create Multiple Question Categories:

1. On the Settings page, choose Question Configuration. The first tab is Categories. Click the CSV Upload button to upload a pre-populated CSV file of categories.

2. Click Browse to select your file, then click Upload. (Download the template first and use it if you haven’t already done so).

3. The new categories will appear in the list.

To Create a Single Question Category:

1. On the Settings page, choose Question Configuration. The first tab is Categories. Click the + sign to create a new one.

2. Assign a name and optionally an existing Parent (for nested categories) and click Save.

   Open

   

    

3. You can’t create Managed question categories.
