How to Download a CSV Template

This information applies mostly to superusers, but some other users may also find it relevant.

Many objects can be uploaded to Isora GRC using a CSV file. Before doing so, it’s recommended to download the CSV template directly from your instance of Isora GRC. To do so:

  1. Locate the CSV Upload button on the page that is relevant to the type of object you are working with. For example, if you want the CSV template for questions, go to Settings → Question Configuration → Questions and click the CSV upload button.

  2. Click the “here” link where it says “Download CSV Template here.”

  3. Save the file.
